Tanglewood is a friendly, family-run park on the fringes of the Lake District National Park. We are a quiet, friendly site, ideal for those relaxing, laid back holidays and with such beautiful surroundings you could look forward to those lovely summer's day walks.

We have been established for over 30 years and pride ourselves on the quality of service that we provide. We are also a pet friendly site and welcome you to bring them along with you free of charge, after all they deserve a holiday too, the only thing we do ask is that dogs are kept on a lead when out on site.

We are surrounded by the natural beauty of the countryside so if you are energetic or more or the relaxing holidaymaker, there is something for everyone. Long hikes or cycling or take in the natural beauty whilst sitting having a lovely picnic in the sunshine.

We are also just a short distance from Silloth with its extensive sandy beach, fishing, swimming, golf course etc.

We have static caravans to hire and pitches for touring caravans with electric hook-ups and water/drainage facilities. Plus we also welcome Tents.
