Sunny Lyn Holiday Park is situated in a beautiful sheltered wooded valley within Exmoor National Park. The Park is within walking distance of the shops in Lynton and the picturesque Harbour of Lynmouth. Sunny Lyn offers a range of accommodation, most of which is open all year round, including Christmas and New Year. We even cook Christmas Lunch!

We have a fully licensed shop stocked for your immediate needs, a licensed Cafe that serves breakfast and evening take-away meals and a fully equipped launderette. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and de-stress listening to the West Lyn River cascade over the rocks as it flows alongside the Park. If you prefer a little more action there are plenty of beautiful walks and many other attractions in the area.

The Park offers a small level camping field with some riverside pitches. A few of the camping pitches are available with electric and TV hook-ups.

The Touring pitches are on the field [part hard standing] and the Motor Home pitches are all hard standing. All of the Touring and Motor Home pitches have electric and TV hook-ups. The heated toilet blocks have shaver points, hairdryers and free hot showers.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES
Our Holiday Homes all have one double bedroom, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge and will sleep from two to six people. All are fully self-contained and have a parking bay for one vehicle adjacent to the Holiday Home.

Each has a lounge/dining area with a gas fire and colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, full size gas oven and fridge and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided but is available for hire. Some of our Holiday Homes are pet friendly.

HOLIDAY LODGES
Our Holiday Lodges all have full central heating and are open all year round including Christmas and New Year. The Holiday Lodges all have a lounge with TV and DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

The two bedroom Lodges have one double bedroom, one single/twin bedroom and will sleep up to three/four people. The three bedroom lodges are as above with an additional en-suite bathroom to the double bedroom and an extra twin bedroom and will sleep five to six people.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided but is available for hire. All of our Holiday Lodges are non-smoking.
