Shepherds Views Holidays Caravan & Camping Site is a new site in a peaceful corner of West Cumbria, close to the sea and the Lake District mountains - perfect for a relaxing break.

Julie & Stephen Shepherd with their family run this caravan & camping site set in 210 acres of farmland. At dusk or dawn, you may spot our resident Barn Owl hunting for food, or watch our bats which are fascinating to watch darting to & fro in the evening sky.

There is a selection of fully serviced hard standing or grass pitches for caravans and a large grassed area for camping complimented by a recently completed immaculate family/unisex amenity building.

CARAVAN & CAMPING PITCHES
There is also a large grassed area for camping and we provide an immaculate family/unisex amenity block with underfloor heating, showers, washbasins & toilet facilities. There are also electric hairdryers and shaving points.

Local shops and facilities are just over a mile away at Seascale.

Perfect location to explore the beaches and the Wasdale valley, tour the areas attractions and keep clear of the Lake District crowds.

3 Newly created self catering cottages to offer the holiday visitor the choice, or mix, of luxury, caravan or camping all on one site. The units have been created from an 18th century barn and retain some original features

DIRECTIONS
Shepherds Views Holidays is situated right on the very edge of the Lake District national Park on the West Coast of Cumbria. We are close to Gosforth and Santon Bridge which are the only road gateways to Wasdale and Wastwater, voted England's best view in 2008. Once you are on the A595 between Ravenglass and Egremont, just take the turn off as you go through Holmrook. Keep following the road - about 1 mile - until you come to us on your right hand side.
