Seadown Holiday Park nestles in a quiet Dorset Valley alongside the pretty River Char. This family run park has direct access to the beach, which is only 150 yards away, and is within walking distance to the village of Charmouth. The park is friendly, comfortable and beautifully maintained.

We have plenty of free hot water, sinks for washing-up, showers, toilets, hair dryers and a fully equipped laundrette. Our park shop is open every day to cater for all those items required while on holiday. For those who do not wish to go far afield, why not just put your feet up and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times.

There is a separate play area for children or adults, where you can play tennis / badminton, Skittles or table tennis.

There is also an open area which leads down to the river bank where you can use any of the many bench tables to enjoy your own picnic or barbeque.

The West beach at Charmouth is great for walks and ideal for children to play. Fossil walks along the beach are organised at the Heritage Centre.

HIGHER POUND FARM COTTAGES
These family run cottages nestle within a secluded location set on a picturesque south facing hillside. Higher Pound provides peace and tranquility with superb views down the valley to the sea at Charmouth. With six delightful cottages and a cosy but spacious farmhouse Higher Pound Farm provides a relaxing base at any time of the year.

There are two and three bedroom cottages to rent, as well as the Farmhouse which has four bedrooms.
