Point Sands is situated on the west side of the Kintyre Peninsula amid magnificent coastal scenery with views to the Isles of Gigha, Islay and Jura.

Here we offer you relaxed holidays in peaceful surroundings amongst sand dunes and pine trees. The long sandy beach has safe swimming and is ideal for sailing, windsurfing and other water sports.

There are several golf courses in the area including Machrihanish, Tarbert, Dunaverty and Carradale. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants.

Ferries offer access to Gigha, Islay, Jura, Colonsay and Arran. Point Sands Holiday Park is an ideal base for visiting the islands.

HOW TO FIND US
Point Sands is located on the west coast of Scotland and on the west coast of Kintyre overlooking the island of Gigha. A relaxing and unhurried drive from Glasgow city centre will take you approximately two and a half hours passing Loch Lomond and driving through the picturesque town of Inveraray before driving through Tarbert. The journey takes you through some of the most beautiful landscapes.
