Newtonside Orchard Campsite is a very private, small and peaceful site in a lovely and convenient location.

The park has security gates and 24-hour CCTV.

A large flat grassed area has been designated for campers. There is a new shower and toilet block.

There are 5 bays for caravans with grass either side of each bay. Each bay is lit and has electric hook-up points as well as toilet waste dispoal with water for the toilets. There is also a drinking water tap.

The park is within walking distance of a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.

The Royal Borough of Windsor offers a huge range of activities for children, teenagers and adults. As well as numerous attractions including Windsor Castle and Legoland Windsor, the Borough offers wonderful opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling, water-based activities and horse riding.

From boat trips on the River Thames to romantic horse-drawn carriage rides through Windsor Great Park, there is a large array of relaxing activities on offer.

Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world and the Official Residence of Her Majesty The Queen. Its rich history spans almost 1000 years. The Castle contains magnificent State Apartments furnished with treasures from the Royal Collection, St George's Chapel (one of the most beautiful ecclesiastical buildings in England and the burial place of 10 monarchs), and Queen Mary's Dolls House, a masterpiece in miniature.

For those of a more sporting nature, the Royal Borough is home to numerous facilities for activities including golfing, swimming, athletics and cycling.
