Morecambe Lodge Caravan Park is set on the shores of the beautiful Morecambe Bay making it the perfect destination for anyone seeking a quiet retreat within easy distance of diverse attractions both locally and across the North West.

The park has direct access to the beach, via an international important SSSI and Ramsar salt marsh.

TOURING CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES
We have 25 touring pitches, all of which are fully serviced with hard standing and a courtesy light. We are open from 1st March to 31st October each year.

Touring caravan and awning with FREE WiFi £20 per night.

The electricity supply to the 4 new pitches is rated at 16 or 32amps and the water is pressure reduced for direct connection.

For those suitably equipped, waste water and combined waste water pipes can be put directly into the sewage system.

The touring area is virtually level being mostly grass except for roads and hard standings. It is bounded to the south-west by a stand of pine trees, and the gate onto the beach is about 150 m. from the touring field entrance.

STATIC CARAVANS
There are 174 pitches with full services. We are open from 1st March to 31st October each year.
The services include: -

• 16 Amps electricity supply
• Mains pressure water
• Mains sewerage
• Caravan Insurance is also available and competitive
• Flo Gas bottles can be exchanged on the Park.

We currently have no upper age for caravans on the Park provided they are looked after, the only limit is selling a caravan can take place upto 15 years old.

All caravans are flagged around, most having a patio; otherwise the Park is generally grass.

The aspect is West with great views Morecambe Bay and the Lake District with fabulous sunsets.

You can walk straight onto the beach from the Park through the farmyard shore gate.


Within walking distance are four pubs, three restaurants and several take-aways and cafés. The historic city of Lancaster is 4 miles away, Morecambe 3 miles; Carnforth (the site of Brief Encounter) is 2 miles away.

Morecambe Lodge is an ideal springboard for both the Lake District and the Dales, and if you play golf there are several courses within an easy drive.

The canal is less than a mile away and boats can be hired in Carnforth. Dogs are welcome providing they are on leads, under control and looked after in every way!

DIRECTIONS
3 miles north of Lancaster on A6, left at lights in Bolton Le Sands onto Coastal road, A5105, 200 yards turn right by first house, follow road for half a mile to park entrance near the beach.
