Milestone is a five star multi award winning caravan park in the heart of Robin Hood Country.

We have over 100 touring pitches with a mixture of level grass and all weather surfaces. Almost all of our pitches are screened with shrubs and borders for added privacy, and the open plan design of the park helps to create a spacious feeling with all pitches being generously proportioned.

Facilities on the award winning park include two heated toilet blocks, toilet and shower room for the disabled, a laundry and washing-up rooms. Water points are situated around the site and all pitches have electric hook-up at 16amp.

Milestone is in the village of Cromwell, ideally situated as a base to explore parts of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and North East Leicestershire.

At Milestone we try to cater for all types of anglers. From the family fisherman to the more seasoned anglers. Our Lake is well stocked with Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, Rudd and Bream so there is plenty of variety to catch. But if you prefer more specialist lakes there are two in the village, and of course we are only a very short drive away from the famous River Trent.

DIRECTIONS
From the North A1:
If you are heading down from the north on the A1, we are about 7miles south of Markham Moor service area. Around 1mile past the "Carlton & Kneesall" turn. Take the exit marked 'Cromwell' & Dolls Museum'at the top of the bridge turn right, over the bridge and then right again at the bottom, and then we are 150yds on the left

From the South A1:
Once you reach Newark we are about 5miles further on the A1. After the 5miles you will see a 'BP' Petrol station on this side of the road just before it you will see a slip road and a sign that says 'Cromwell' & 'Gravel Works' take the slip-road and follow the road all the way through the village roughly 150yds past the brewery on the left.

Some sat-nav's do get confused when they get into the village, so it's best to follow our instructions once you get close.
