We are a small and informal site who welcome campers, and touring caravans and motor homes. There are electric hook-ups, chemical toilet disposal point and use of the swimming pool.

We have a camping area in one of our fields close to the swimming pool where there are showers and toilets.

The site is south west facing and has far reaching views across the fields and Allen Valley.

We've recently launched our luxury, eco friendly camping experience in a secluded environment known as the 'Glampod' or camping biome. This luxury, canvas dwelling offers warmth and weather protection on those early spring and late autumn days, and you can bask in glorious warmth all summer. A unique holiday experience with the ultimate in seclusion with its own garden, barbecue, woodburner, kitchen and fire pit.

The cottages at Mayrose Farm are simply and stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and painted furniture, designer fabrics and comfortable seating.

They have modern, well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Quality bedlinen, duvets and towels are provided. Each cottage has its own private garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

For autumn and winter holidays, the cottages are centrally heated and, in addition, three cottages have woodburning stoves for cosy evenings indoors.

Mayrose Farm is close to the A39 so a brilliant place to stay to visit all of the attractions of Cornwall. The Eden project is only 30mins away, Padstow 30 mins, or why not visit the popular area of Rock and then spend a few hours in Padstow by crossing on the ferry, just a 10 minute delightful journey across the estuary. Views from the ferry are stunning.

About 10 minutes drive away is the very beautiful wild areas of Bodmin Moor. Wonderful walks where you hardly meet a soul, and glorious views, try taking an evening stroll and watch the sunset over the sea, also viewing nearly all of Cornwall from Roughtor. I have seen the isle of Lundy from there many times. Just walking along our lanes is a joy, so often full of many wild flowers.
