Long Hazel Park is an Adult Only Touring and Holiday Lodge Park. The Park is open all year round and in all weathers and welcomes tourists and visitors with their own caravans, motorhomes and tents. The Park is easily accessible in the severest of all weathers and never floods. We are just off the A303 and we have a dual laned entrance road connecting us to the High Street in Sparkford. We can accommodate the largest American RV’s and articulated vehicles with ease.

All of our motorhome and caravan pitches are on spacious gravel hardstandings with neatly cut grass lawns in between. They are all level and have their own 16 amp electric hook-up and some have their own water supply. All of our pitches have parking on the pitch for your convenience. We ask that awnings be pitched on gravel.

Tent pitches are sheltered on well drained, neatly cut, large lawn areas partly screened by trees but with parking on gravel close by. Many tent pitches have access to 16 amp electric hook-up.

On the Park there is a separate winter heated toilet/shower block with complimentary hot showers and an undercover washing-up room with hot and cold water, chemical disposal. and a waste recycling area. The Reception houses a pay phone, extensive tourist information, some camping and caravanning spares, coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer and reference maps and bus timetables.

We have Calor and Camping Gaz cylinders for sale. Electric hook-ups are complimentary. The Park is landscaped with a recreation area and picnic tables. Barbeques are allowed subject to prior permission but must not be placed directly on to the grass.

The Park is level and an easy walk from the Village Inn and Restaurant as well as the local Post Office, 24 hour Esso Garage, Spar Mini Market and McDonalds Restaurant.

A regular bus service operated by South West Coaches links Sparkford with local market towns and villages, the railway station at Castle Cary (4 miles) and the Royal Bath and West Showground near Shepton Mallet (10 miles).
