Llety Caravan Park is positioned in a beautiful coastal location in West Wales. The park caters for Holiday Homes and Touring & Camping.
This family run park comprises about 20 acres of grass sloping gently towards the coast. The aspect offer most of the caravans an uninterrupted view of the sea and coastline where very often the resident population of Bottlenosed Dolphins can be seen surfacing and diving in the waves.
From the park a short walk through a woodland path takes you to the small cove of Tresaith. Visitors to this popular beach enjoy its golden sands and shallow safe bathing waters. Boating is a popular activity with launching from the slipway at one end of the beach. Just above the sands is a small village shop and the Ship Inn which serves popular lunchtime and evening meals.
TOURING AND CAMPING
There are separate areas for both touring caravans, and campers with electrical hook-up points available on some pitches. We also have hard standing pitches for motorhomes.
Both areas have easy access to clean toilet and shower facilities, dish washing, and laundry rooms. We also offer chemical toilet disposal points, gas cylinder exchange, battery charging and freezer block services.
The park is dog friendly and we have a separate dog walking area. All we ask is that they are kept on a lead in the main park area.
HOLIDAY HOMES FOR SALE
All holiday homes on the park are privately owned and personally supervised by Aled and Janice the resident owners. We do not allow commercial subletting but provided we are informed, letting is allowed to family and friends. Your neighbour is therefore someone like yourself – someone who values their privacy and the peace of the surroundings.
The local area abounds with natural beauty. From stunning cliff top walks along this remote coastline to peace of the Teifi valley, exploration will yield the well kept secrets of the area. The coastal paths of this Ceredigion Heritage Coast (conservation area) are renowned for their beauty, rugged cliffs and astounding abundance of wild life.
Castles, celtic remains, mills, and beauty spots can be discovered along the myriad lanes which wind from hill to valley. In particular springtime offers the visitor an unprecedented vista of cliffs, hedgerows, meadows and woodland carpeted with an array of wild flowers, where rare mammals and birds are busy with early summer activity.
There are many activities to enjoy close to Tresaith. Water sports are well catered for as well as horse riding, two popular golf courses, and much more scope for coarse, fly and sea fishing. (The famed Teifi salmon is a local delicacy). Just below the park is a small beach well suited to sea fishing for mackerel and bass. Local craftsman working with wood, clay, wool, glass and precious metals offer a wide variety of traditional handmade items and interest for the studio visitor.
