materials. Our policy is to provide the highest quality product available today and because of this we galvanise all our steelwork to ensure that it is totally rust-free. Our hot dip galvanising is carried out to BS729 (ISO 1461), meeting the requirements laid down by ISO 0992. The process is done to stringent conditions, the steelwork being suspended in a bath of molten zinc at about 450oc before being allowed to drain. This allows the steel to be coated both inside and out. This special coating provides the product with a rust and maintenance free life. We offer a 15 year guarantee against rust.

To enhance the look of our products, all steelwork is powder
coated. This process is done by our sister company, who have many years experience in the coating trade. The technology of coating products with dry powder rather than the conventional liquids has been available since the 1950’s. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and polymetric resin. The powder is sprayed electrostatically onto the surface to be coated, then further heated in a curing oven allowing the particles to flow and fuse into a strong adhering coating. The result is a high quality coating with an attractive finish and excellent durability. We offer a 15 year guarantee
against rust.
