We are a small friendly family run site aimed at people who want a relaxing quiet holidays with plenty of interesting places to visit.

Cobbs Hill Farm is set in the Sussex countryside with a small selection of animals, with lambing in the spring.

There is a good network of footpaths leading off from the site and the Sussex downs are also close by. Bexhill beach is just 3 miles away.

Cobbs Hill Farm is open from1st April (Easter if in March) until 31st October.

The caravan Park is mainly level grass pitches split up into several areas although we do also have hard standings. We offer pitches for touring caravans, Motorhomes and Tents with electric hook ups available.

We also have privately owned static's and two of our own hire caravans.

We can also reserve special areas for rallies & groups depending on the time of year.

We do all year round storage, storage for just the summer period and a limited number of seasonal pitches.


A well maintained toilet block, laundry and wash room is well situated on the park.

The reception and small shop is situated at the entrance to the park. We have a secluded well equipped play area.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times on the Park, large exercise fields are available.
