Clayton Caravan Park is a 5* caravan park situated in rural North East Fife, adjacent to the A91. 41/2 miles west of St Andrews. This delightful Caravan Park sits on the gentle slopes of the River Eden, and has been owned and run by The Kennedy family since its inception in 1966. The park has Residential and Static Holiday homes as well as static touring pitches. With continual improvements, the Park offers some of the finest facilities to be found on a caravan park anywhere in Scotland.


CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE
We have luxury static caravans for hire, all fully serviced and located in a sheltered area, which cater for up to six people for holidays and short breaks.

The Clayton hire fleet comprise of four spacious Willerby Rio 35ft x 12ft, two bedroom caravans with central heating and double glazing; and four 35ft x 12ft two bedroom Willerby Vacation’s. All caravans include a double bed which unfolds in the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, digital tv, linen, towels and duvets. Beds are made up for your arrival. No sheets or towels to wash when you return home!

TOURING CARAVANS
Over the years our Touring Caravan area has developed into a Seasonal or Long Term Tourer Park. All pitches have water, electricity and sewerage connections and are in separate hedge divided pitches. The pitch price includes water, electricity and winter storage (if required). Pitches which become available during the course of the season will be filled at a pro rata discount to the seasonal rent.

All touring pitches are Super Pitches each having water, electric and sewage hook ups. Touring pitches are sheltered by the trees and are within 100 meters of the main facilities and toilet block. There is ample space for awnings and a car.

DIRECTIONS:
FROM THE SOUTH Leave at Junction 8 – take A91 St Andrews road. Continue through Auchtermuchty, Cupar and Dairsie. At the Dairsie roundabout head for St Andrews, Clayton is 500 metres on right hand side. The Office is at the road side as you turn in the main entrance. Look out for the flags at the entrance.

FROM THE NORTH Cross over Tay Road Bridge at Dundee. Follow road for St Andrews. At St Michaels turn right for Cupar. Go through Balmullo. At Dairsie roundabout turn Left for St Andrews on to A91. Clayton is 500 metres on right hand side. The Office is at the road side as you turn in the main entrance.

FROM ST. ANDREWS - take the A91 to Cupar keeping the golf courses on your right. When you arrive at the roundabout at Guardbridge keep left on the A91 and continue for 1.25miles. Clayton is on the left hand side and the office is at the road side as you turn in the main entrance.
