Over 6 acres are set aside for camping and caravans with 75 pitches widely spaced in the parkland setting.

We welcome tents as well as touring caravans, camper vans and motorhomes. Touring caravans can also stay on site for the entire Season.

The centre of Saxmundham is just half a mile away along well lit streets and has a good range of pubs, eateries including take-away's,shops and a national supermarket.

We are situated in the centre of East Suffolk, mid-way between Ipswich and Lowestoft, we are just a few miles inland from the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

From Carlton Park you can walk on an extensive network of footpaths or cycle on quiet country lanes through delightful rolling countryside.

There are regular trains from Saxmundham to Ipswich and to Lowestoft with onward connections to London, Norwich & East Anglia.

From Saxmundham, you can set off in any direction to explore rural Suffolk, the Suffolk Heritage Coast and even the delights of the Norfolk Broads. Trains run to and from London and you can use connections at Ipswich and Lowestoft to explore the whole of East Anglia by train.

More locally there are lots of interesting places to visit and the sea is just 5 miles away or, if you prefer, an indoor pool and leisure centre at Leiston, just 4 miles away.
