Broadway House is one mile from England's Grand Canyon (Cheddar Gorge) in the tranquil rural surroundings of Somerset, in the South West of England. Sheltered by the Mendip Hills your family can enjoy complete privacy with all the amenities of modern living.

Broadway House has several landscaped fields for touring caravans, tents, and motorhomes. Each one is bordered by trees and shrubs. By dividing them in this way we aim to provide a friendly, pretty and natural environment.

The park has well drained camping fields for all "touring units". Numerous drinking water taps and waste water disposal points are spread around each field. All fields have a degree of street lighting. 16 amp electric points are available on over 200 pitches. Emergency power leads may be hired from the park shop for those of you who forget them. There are premier pitches, some having hard standing or TV points, all have water, drainage and electricity. Motorhomes have their own service point for fresh water and disposal.

We offer toilet facilities at three locations. Our luxury hot shower facilities are free and a unique feature of these are the 10 additional family shower rooms. There are shaver points, hair dryers, 13 amp sockets, bathrooms, disabled facilities, baby changing areas, and a chemical disposal point. At four locations around the park are covered areas for washing-up. Dogs are welcome but in consideration of others must be kept on a lead at all times. A designated dog walking area, complete with lamp posts, is well signposted on the park.

We also have caravan holiday homes for hire. All our modern caravans offer the comfort and facilities you expect from a Four Star park. Most of the hire fleet are English Tourist Board "Rose Award" standard given for all round excellence. The caravans are surrounded by lawns and numerous communal picnic tables.

OUT AND ABOUT
There is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as, sandy beaches, coastal resorts, charming villages and challenging sports.

Only one mile away is the ancient village of Cheddar, which is famous for its spectacular limestone gorge, underground cave network, as well as its cheese-making.

Cycling is our speciality, but there are plenty of opportunities for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts including: walking, bird watching, fishing, caving, canoeing and abseiling or rambling through the beautiful Mendip Hills.

If you enjoy the beach, Burnham-on-Sea, Bean Sands, Berrow and Weston-Super-Mare are all nearby.

Other attractions include:
• The City of Wells with its famous cathedral
• Wookey Hole Caves and Ebbor Gorge
• Glastonbury Tor overlooking the Isle of Avalon and the Somerset levels
• Clarks Shopping Village (Street)

The cities of Bristol and Bath are also within easy driving distance of the park.
