Within easy reach of the historic market town of Swaffham, this ‘adult only’ park offers peace and tranquillity and would make a good base to explore East Anglia and the local area.

The site is level with either grass or hard-standing pitches, all having 16amp electric hook-ups. We do request a breathable groundsheet to be used if pitching an awning on grass, to maintain the grass for future visitors.

Our caravan park facilities include a heated amenity block with free showers and a separate heated washroom for the disabled.

We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer and some sinks for washing up.

A gate at the side of the site leads directly onto a walk called Swaefas Way - ideal for walking your dog or just taking a pleasant stroll. Peddars Way, to the east of Swaffham is a walk of much greater distance, suitable for those more adventurous hikers!

Swaffham is ideally placed to view the whole of Norfolk. So whether you are staying for the odd day or two, or for much longer, there is always something to see and do.

Our park is rurally situated, but if you don't want to drive, a 10 minute walk will bring you into Swaffham town centre.

Once in Swaffham there is a good selection of small shops, restaurants, pubs, fish & chip shops, other take-away outlets, the Tourist Information Centre, an excellent museum, several supermarkets, a small caravan sales & parts centre and much more besides.

Whether it is the beautiful Norfolk coastline, nature reserves, museums, wildlife parks, ruins, historic houses, quaint villages, busy towns, gardens, forests, walks or cycling routes, you can be sure there is plenty to see and do.

CARAVANS FOR HIRE
Do you like caravanning but want a break from towing ?

We have modern touring caravans permanently sited on our park.

All our hire vans have a fixed double bed (you can also make up an additional bed if required) They all have a cooker, fridge, digital TV, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster.

All you need to bring is your own bedding and towels.


DIRECTIONS
A1065 Northbound
On reaching Swaffham stay in the left hand lane unit you reach the T junction (keeping the bandstand on your right). Turn left and our park is on the right less than a mile, passing a supermarket on the left and a petrol station on the right.

A1065 Southbound
Turn right at traffic lights and our park is on the right in less that a mile,
passing a supermarket on the left in 3/4 mile.

A47 Eastbound
Take the first exit off the dual carriageway at Swaffham, signpost Swaffham.
Our park is on the left in 3/4 mile.

A47 Westbound
Follow brown caravan signs off dual carriageway and turn right at the end of slip road towards Swaffham. At traffic lights turn right and our park is on the right in less than a mile, passing a supermarket on the left and a petrol station on the right.
