Balquidder Braes is a small family run holiday park in the heart of Scotland offering luxury quality self-catering log cabins, modern self-catering caravan holiday homes as well as touring caravan spaces and tent pitches.

Wonderfully situated in the centre of Scotland, one mile south of Loch Earn in the Gateway to the Highlands, and in the heart of Rob Roy country. We are privileged to be within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park - an area of outstanding natural beauty in historic Perthshire. We have many species of flora and fauna on and around our site including red squirrels, deer, otters, osprey and wild orchids.

The dramatic landscape within this area of Scotland makes this area perfect for a break at any time of year, and increasingly customers are opting for a peaceful Autumn or Winter break.

LOG CABINS
All cabins are fully central heated and most units have a gas powered living flame hearth fire - the romance of a real fire but with instant heat and without the hassle of lighting and cleaning.
Open 52 weeks and with so much to do and see in the area, the cabins are proving to be very popular with families and outdoor enthusiasts.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES
Stylish and co-ordinated furnishings featuring separate washrooms with WC and handbasin, our static caravans are centrally heated and double glazed.

TOURING CARAVANS, MOTORHOMES AND TENTS
We have a variety of pitches some with electric hook-up.
The Utility Block is fully heated and has toilets, showers, hand and hair-dryers. The new highly efficient boiler system ensures that hot water is always abundant. We pride ourselves on keeping this area spotlessly clean. There is also a Laundry room with a washer and dryer, a dishwashing area and a Public telephone with a trust library. We also have a chemical disposal point.

Tent hire is available locally and we can arrange to have it delivered here for your use (and if you get a bit stuck we can give you a hand to put it up!!)
