Akebar Park is a stunning touring caravan, camping and holiday home park, set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in Lower Wensleydale.

Leave urban life behind; we are without night clubs and fast food bars. We offer a natural environment of peace and tranquility which has been greatly enriched by the more than abundant blessings of nature, history and ancient settlements. Activities such as fishing, walking, golf, petanque, croquet and boules are all available, as well as our traditional pub situated at the entrance to the Park.

Akebar Park welcomes Tourers, Trailer Tents, Motor Homes and Tents. We are a 10-month Holiday Park, open from 1st March to 1st January. The same rates apply all season except at Bank Holiday. We also operate a minimum 3-night stay policy at Bank Holidays and 2-night minimum stay in the school holidays.

Akebar is open for ten months of the year from March through to 1st January, for holiday home owners, like the seasons, to come and go as they please.

Well placed on premium pitches, the holiday homes overlook our superb golf courses. Second-user holiday homes and chalets are occasionally available.
