Aberbran Fawr Campsite is situated 3 miles west of the Historic Cathedral Town of Brecon, just off the A40 adjacent to the River Usk.
It is a level site with easy access and a quiet family atmosphere. There are 12 electric hook-up pitches and ample room for tents. There is also basic shower and toilet facilities.
Being based within the Brecon Beacons National park the campsite is ideally situated for going on scenic walks and is within driving distance of local supermarkets, play barns for children and the popular Dan yr Ogof caves.
From mid-June to August we are open for Pick Your Own Fruit and Vegetables including Strawberries, Raspberries, Redcurrants, Blackcurrants, Gooseberries, Broad Beans and Peas. Courgettes and Potatoes are also available along with Free-Range Eggs and Homemade Jam.
This is a beautiful part of Wales, with traditional market towns, stunning landscape, canal paths, castles and plenty of family attractions. The scenery here is both beautiful and diverse - rolling countryside and valleys, wide open spaces to the wild beauty of the waterfalls and caves.
Dan yr Ogof caves, Monkey World, Waterfalls and Brecon Beacons visitors centre are all within a short driving distance.
